Kinstretch

Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system designed to develop control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion through joint-specific training and active mobility exercises. This 75-minute class focuses on strengthening your joints and connective tissues to promote longevity, improve athletic performance, and support injury prevention or rehabilitation. While often compared to yoga due to its emphasis on flexibility, Kinstretch is distinct in its approach—prioritizing mobility and active range of motion. Through controlled movements exploring flexion, extension, and rotation, you'll build strength from the inside out. Kinstretch is an intentional practice aimed at enhancing the way your body moves and functions.

One on One Session

One time FRC session is $80 when you commit to multiple sessions it lowers to $60

Each FRC mobility session is 60 minutes

The functional range conditioning 60 minute session is designed to help with a functional assessment of your joints, Main concerns with how you move and how you feel tailored to your own needs, wants and goals. What is causing the limitations and how to overcome them?  Not only will we do movements together to help you with these concerns, but also there will be a follow up via text sending you with homework so that you can do these movements on your own at home.
